The savours of Antakya is in Istanbul with Antiochia...Antiochia Restaurant, in Minare St, is the right address to try Antakya's special wraps, kebab, appetizers and desserts... Antakya, ezan, church bells, cantor, is one of the oldest cities in the world that unites different religions and cultures. In the ancient times, Antakya was known to be the second largest city in the world; thus, harbours different couisines of different cultures.

The savours of Antakya that three partners have brought to Istanbul meets in "Antiochia". Süleyman Gülüm, Jale Balcı and Savaş Gümüş present these tastes they have always talked about with excitement. Balcı and Gülüm siblings from Antakya and their close friend Gümüş from the neighbouring province Kahramanmaraş have become business partners with the encouragement of their friends. They have established "Antiochia" not just to have a restaurant or a café, but to create a place where everyone is familiar and where they can serve astonishing dishes that guests will enjoy each time they visit as well as promoting Antakya whose historical name was Antiochia.

What's in Antiochia? Well, there is "the must" of Antakya "Wrap". Wrap shouldn't be underestimated, this wrap is very different. It is special from its bread to its meat and to its sauce. Every ingredient used in Antiochia, from olive oil to spices, from tomato paste to olives come from Antakya.
